Just to show the big walleye of the Canyon Ferry Walleye Festival was no fluke, take a look at this 31.5-inch, 12.7-pound walleye that Brian Rooney caught during pre-fishing for the 2007 tourney.
On Friday, June 29, 2007, within a half hour of each other, Doug Breker caught this 31.75-incher which weighed 12.8 pounds, which he's holding on the right, his fishing partner Joe Kondelik caught this 31.25-inch walleye that weighed 13.9 pounds.
